WHERE? To do life modelling/ body casting in Leeds?

Question

I am interested in taking up live modelling/ body casting in leeds (near the city centre preferably, as I cannot travel far) for painters/ sculpters, as I'd like to earn some extra cash but I'm having trouble finding places/ people that do it. Do you know anbody/ anyplace which does non-erotic art?

I'm a size 10 and am 160 cm tall, dark brown/black wavy hair and blue eyes with pale skin...

Try contacting Colleges, Universities and high schools that have art courses, they are always looking for models. Also contact local artists' groups, and artist's supply shops - many have life drawing sessions and always need models as well.

And - none of them really care what you look like, just as long as you show up and sit still! So take my advise, don't advertise your "statistics" or you will undoubtedly get "funny" answers! Simply advertise that you want life modelling experience.

And be careful - DO NOT EVER go to a residential address alone, no matter how much they claim they'll pay you. Take a buddy or refuse the job, for your own safety.

or go to a casting agency and tell them your dreams and they will give you advice on how to get there...talk to artists and it should work out in the long run
