All Christians that call themselves Christians are Christians, do not let anyone tell you any different. When people say that they are not true Christians, this is a ploy to get the heat off of their religion, but if their religion was the true word of God then these miss interpretations would not be possible for people to make.

this striked me not as amusing but as sad; i think the world will be a better place without crusades and jihads; i mean, eternal salvation for the souls? this justified any and all cruelty to those 'infidels' and contribute to many of our current problems, as we see an increase in suicide bombers and religious warfare. Suicide bombing is now chiefly perpetrated by the Middle East; given said crusade and pretty soon the entire world will be embroiled in suicide bombing and assymetrical warfare and peace on Earth will, once again, be a very distant dream...

It's the few stragglers who still follow Bush and his army of demons (I'm not being literal here so don't take it that way!).

Bush implies that it is a crusade (good against evil). Mostly though, it the really bad wanting more oil and killing to get it.

It's just greed and blood and death.

The rest of us don't buy into it.

yes yes yes

i find it ironic that those who are believers in Jesus, who advocated non-violence and hung out with the prostitues, tax collectors and those traditionally considered on the lower rungs of society - that these people would advocate to murder these very people and oppress them

not all Christians do this, but as they say it only takes a few rotten apples to ruin the reputation of the rest

Why not.? G. W. Bush said he is going to a crusade in Iraq. They are repeating his words. Most of those guys are ignorant and can't handle serious issues.

Do you find it amusing that the army was developing a weapon called "Crusader"? It's defunct now, but not because of the name.

George bush thinks that god asked him ( in fact it was Satan not god ) to fight evil and destroy the evil Axis , i guess he has to start with himself first if he wanna fight terrorism
the pope quoted writtings from dark ages to bash islam , then yeah they live in 2006 with the same thought of the middle ages
