There's a girl that I'm seeing. I recently met a girl who is smart, pretty and nice. We have a lot of things in common. She flirts with me a lot too. Should I continue my pursuit or go with the new girl?

If the one you have is also smart, pretty, and nice, then stick with what you have. You already know she is not some weirdo once you get in a relationship.
If she is not, then go with the new girl.
