Its a blue unmarked capsule, its plastic and comes apart. It is filled wit white powder, any one know what it is.

could be anything...is there a marking or number on it?
right off the top of my head sounds like a suplement. when you say plastic what are you refering to , the capsule?

Best I can tell you is take it to a pharmasist. Without any markings even my book of medications can not give me an answer.
