About 15 to 20 grams. Why do you ask? I am guessing here, read on........ Each one's teaspoon vary. Mine is small. So, a quarter tsp will be about 10 grams. But it is normal to expect 15 to 20 grams in one. Did you know? One can of Coca Cola (or similar soft drinks) contain 8 teaspoons of sugar. Yes, EIGHT. It contains twice the caffeine as a small cup of coffee. Energy drinks (Like Red Bull as an example) contains 5 times the caffeine and 3 times as much sugar, meaning 12 to 15 tsps. of sugar If you mix it with alcohol, you body will go cookoo-cookoo bananas. The liver and other organs will find it difficult to process that much caffeine. Be careful. With energy drinks, you crash just as fast as you perked up. Thought you would like to know.

A teaspoon holds 5mL. 5mL of water is 5 grams. Roughly it would be about 5 grams.
