Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

I don't know if it is the "fastest" but here's a quick way... eat lots of fresh fruits... in a week, you will lose about 5-12 pounds! Same as the California Diet... concetrated juices... The system will begin to detox itself, and with the fiber of the fruits, your system will rid itself of waste that may have been hanging out in you... well, inerds! At any given time, we can have several (up to 20lbs!) of waste in our digestive tracks... I eat loads of fresh fruits now, and NEVER eat at fast food places... of course I have Mango, Coconuts, Bananas, and Oranges growing in the back yard (okay, the oranges are in my neighbors yard... but they don't pick them... so I help them out a bit!). All in all, diets do NOT work... change your attitude, and lifestyle... and for Godsakes, MOVE! thats it, just move!

By removing your shoes and all other articles of clothing. It is a lot quicker than getting on the treadmill, or other workout equipment. Shoes alone can weigh a couple pounds. The larger your shoes the more they will weigh.
Another trick, weigh yourself in the morning. A body tends to weigh less in the morning.

They fasted way would be the atkins diet. You loose 1 pound a day. Otherwise you can count your calories. do not exceed 1200 calories for the day and do not intake more than 22 fat grams for the day.
Drink lots of water
work out or go running

Don't drink anything, and take lots of trips to the bathroom.
Of course, you'll be sooo miserable that you won't be worth a damn on your date, but hey, you'll be 5 pounds lighter.
Wrestlers have to do this to "make weight" but they always report that they're not good on the mat when they do that.
