I have lost 7 stone over 5 months and have been left with a pouch of skin! Kangeroos have nothing on me! I don't want to have plastic surgery as I am too much of a chicken! I exercise all the time and moisturise really well... has anyone any exprience of this?

No nasty comments please - I am well aware of how disgusting it looks and that it is all my own fault!

Thanks

Once saggy tummy skin develops - it has lost its natural elasticity.

Sorry - I know - 4 kids !!!!

You could tie a not in it or grow to love it !!!!!

I know exactly what you mean. I would do it over again, but I do hate the excess skin! I am seriously thinking after I have my last child (trying to convince hubby right now to start trying for a last child!) that I may check into a tummy tuck. Yeah I know that it costs money, but it is so hard to find clothes that fits right! That would be the main reason I done it, is for the clothes reason. I hate shopping bc nothing ever fits me bc of my saggy belly! I have read a lot on exercising the lower tummy, and maybe if you google lower stomach exercises it will help you, but personally I have had no luck! Maybe you will, though!

Well you know ive had 3 lovely boys, and the last one was quite a big boy, and left me with a saggy tummy, but you know ive done all the diets, and ive come to the concluetion that if you just eat the correct food, non fatty, and exercise, it will reduce your tum.

Try yoga i did, plus pilates, thats very good.

good luck.

It depends on your skin type. Some women have no visible stretching after pregnancy while others never lose the excess skin.
I had a "tummy tuck" after giving birth to four large babies, but you can't do this if you plan to become pregnant..

congratulations.

unfortunately, all the situps and toning in the world will not fix your skin.

It has lost its elastic ability to "bounce back" after your ordeal. This is where most plastic surgeons come in. If you find the right one, they will do a great job. Look around, talk to them, and see their "work" on other will the same issue as you.

again, congratulations.

Congrats on the weight loss!! 60 pounds!!! wow!!

After a certain point, the skin does not shrink to fit the new you. You'll have to go see the doctor.

I'm soooo proud of you!!!

you have lost a huge lot of weight in such a short time. congrats. however it will be hard for you to keep it down.
i think you have mostly done it through dieting and thats what happens when your muscles are not involved during weight loss procedure.
you have to continue with exercise specially abdominal exercises. however everyday you need to increase the reps and intensity. otherwise it wont work. you need to consult with some expert fitness consultant to best guide you as to which exercises would suit you. and you will need to keep changing the exercises depending on the results over time.

well, i read in this home book thing full of stuff that if you slap the underside of ur chin 30 times a day it gets rid of double chin (obviously you will have to do it for quite a while tho.) maybe it will work with ur tum? slap it 30 times a day and maybe it'll go away?
soz if that sounds kinda mean, (shrug) just tryin' ta help.
