I think the main problem here is that we are not "given permission" to change our minds. Changing your beliefs and choices is looked down on because others may not view you as stable. The truth, however, is you should always doubt and question and change your beliefs as you learn new facts. There is nothing wrong with changing your mind. Your beliefs today may be vastly different 6 months from now, 2 years from now, and so on. You will always doubt and there is nothing wrong with that.

Its good to doubt.
However, we should not doubt just for the sake of shirking away from a belief we don't enjoy.
If its true ....its true.
If you sincerely continue to doubt, you need more proof.

i dont think anyone can know for sure about anything
i dont think there is anyone totally without doubt
i feel what matters is that doubt doesnt become disbelief .. perhaps then it is time to consider other options xx
