Has anyone ever got in a fight in their job. How did it happen and why did you do. Also what reason for it to occur?

Place of work is not a place to be fighting with someone.

I have had a few altercations on the job. Best thing to do is walk away, save your job, because when you react to something badly, that is what everyone remembers. You are not responsible for what others say or do but you are responsible for your reactions. Be the bigger person, show more class, charactor, and coping skills. Usually it happens when I do not agree with covering up someone,s repeated mistakes.

Never has happen to me. Where I work it's a good way to get fired.
