Its certainly a convinving argument against there being anything, but ourselves. Im still not completely convinced, however. Sometimes I have such existential and mind blowing feelings that they seem to really go leaps and bounds beyond any emotions I feel normally in life.

weelll, actually you have it half-right,
when you do these things you release endorphins because it's healthy. It's healthy because we were created to do it. When you don't do it your body is missing out on something it what created for...

I don't think emotions themselves are evil or that we should entirely ignore them....but we should be careful not to be ruled by them. That is why it is written, "He who walks according to his own heart is a fool, but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered."

Let God direct your path, not emotions.
