I get sinus headaches in the morning sometime losing alot of sleep. I have tried most common remedies but I still get one to three sinus headaches a week.

Drink lots of water. This will thin out the mucus that causes pressure in you sinuses. Also try taking two doses of odorless garlic pills 2x a day. It kills bacteria and may be stinky, but helps a TON. (I have sinus infections all the time)

Try dusting and vacuuming more often, the dust, (and any pet hair) can be a trigger to sinus headaches, I vacuume twice a day as I have 3 pets, and two kids so the doors are opened and closed a lot.

Some sinus problems can be remedied with OTC medicines.. Some are just too worse that you actually need to go to a doctor. Try OTC meds if it doesnt work go to your doctor.

Inhale the water in your nose 3 times a day every time 3 times .
It is a good way .
Do it for many weeks & see the result.
