You don't NEED to lose any weight. Your weight is perfectly healthy. Keeping your body fat below 30% is most important and if it is below 25%, then it is ideal. Maybe just shaping and toning up would be better, then you can build muscle, which will lower body fat percentage, without actually losing weight. HTH : )

You need to lose around 10~15 lbs. Don't stop eating. The more muscle you build, the more calories you burn. The only place the body can burn calories is in the muslces. Do more exercise and you will burn calories and still keep a healthy appetite. Just avoid sugars and cut the carbos in half.

NONE. u lose any more and you'll either a look emaciated, bones will show and people will think ur a freak and you'll most likely end up with an eating disorder

You shouldn't focus on pounds, but pay more attention to inches and muscle tone. Once you see the jiggle turn hard, you won't feel "fat" anymore...and it won't matter how much you weigh, as long as you're in shape.

maybe down to 113 to 115lbs is good for your height and the average weight for you to be at do not go under that
