Okay, my friend found these in his room one night and we have no idea what they are. They are blue plastic capsules with no writing on them at all, inside is white powder, any clue to what they are would be appreciated very much.

Old saying...."When in doubt, throw it out" unless you are worried about what a friend could be taking that may be harmful to them. Then you are still stuck because if you take them to a pharmacist, and they are illegal, there may be a whole lot of trouble. Get rid of them before you end up having to explain why you have them to someone else cause right now you could be "holding the stash."

The only blue pill I know of is Viagara (mostly due to the Bob Dole/Viagara/Pepsi jokes).

trash them a lot of pills are blue and if you must know go talk to a pharmacist.
