I continually make double or triple batches of banana bread, and freeze the extra effective loaves. enable the bread to relax thoroughly on a cord rack. Wrap the loaves in my view in foil, then place in a zipper-lock bag. i've got had some frozen for 3 months devoid of any issues. enable it to thaw interior the refrigerator or on the countertop. The crust is in simple terms no longer crispy as with clean banana bread, besides the indisputable fact that that is nevertheless scrumptious. in case you choose heat banana bread returned, warmth the slices interior the microwave or toaster oven.
