don't worry too much, My breasts kept growing till I was 21 years old. So you still have plenty of time.
Anyway, padded bras look really fake if you ask me, some color tricks can work. Also remember that we're all different there and there are tons of boob shapes, you just have to see what kind of shape you have (and I don't mean Ds or B cups, but shapes like "rounded, pointed" etc) and then enhance it with special fabrics, colors and cleavages.(for example boat cut necks are not good for larger breasts but are nice for smaller ones.)

Oh if only it was that simple...... When I was sixteen I wore padded pushup bras. They helped my self esteem at the time. Now I just love my body the way it is. I just hope for you that body confidence comes to you sooner rather than later.
Oh and shirts with stuff across the chest like different colours or stripes help the illusion

At age 16 you should be OK to use "Padded Bras".
Do not worry they will grow and can grow past 40.
As a matter of fact when you put on fat tissue lots of it happen to accumulate there.
Look up chest exsersises, they will increase your chest cavity and improve breading, net effect may give an illusion.

The answer is : B'cos nobody caught them. This will tell you how to get the size of your breasts increased. Allow someone to catch them, fondle them and squeeze them.
Secondly, have you noticed the breasts of Kerala girls? They are quite big. Its b'cos of their food habit. They eat coconut, jak & tapioca. Eat a lot of cooked raw jak. Also, eat tapioca occasionally. Coconut oil improves the growth of hair, this is not applicable to breasts.

To give them the illusion that they're bigger, you can wear push up bras. But to actually increase them, well I'm sorry sweetie. You're stuck with what you got.

I suppose you can wear a push up bra, but the most important thing is whether you're comfortable with yourself. I think the best thing to do would be to accept yourself for who you are and what you have. And trust me, confidence shows!

There is nothing u can do to make ur breast grow, there's r no drugs no pills. just be ur self and wait until u r through with puberty and if that don't work when u turn 25 get breast augmentation.

you may want to stay away from dark colors like dark blue and blacks beacsue they make your boobs look smaller. brighter colors help to make you look like you've got more
