Get protien shakes and eat alot between meals also. Cottage cheese, yogart, tuna, egg whites are all good sources of protein. Also with lifting you need some carbs so pasta and potatoes are good to have.

Have 1-3 protien shakes a day, make sure you have at least one after lifting. Make sure you are lifting during this because if you're not you are not going to gain any muscle.

Lift, lift, eat, eat, eat and you should get nice results. Don't over do the lifting you are a little young so you don't want to hurt yourself.

I know that you're 14, but be patient. It sounds as if your metabolism is in overdrive (which you will appreciate when you get older). I am a fitness instructor, and I think that you should make sure that you are eating good, wholesome meals and exercising regularly. How much protein do you intake on a daily basis? You're young, so you don't want to overdo it. In fact, as you become older, your metabolism will start to slow down and you will begin gaining weight. However, for right now, I would focus on eating more PROTEIN, whole grains, and vegetables. Drink plenty of water, take your vitamins, and do more circuit training than cardio. Make sure you set realistic goals! Don't expect to gain 20 pounds in a month.

Well, start lifting.

Your body is a machine, and you take in fuel (food, calories, etc) and then burn it off. You need to feed that machine enough that it can make all the muscle possible when you're lifting, but not so much that the body stores it as fat.

I'd suggest finding a group of lifters (body builders might work too) and lifting with them for a while.
