Hitler was horrible, but he did amazing things to turn Germany from the worst depression (worse than US) into a super-power, then he started going too far....thus I would put Someone who built this country back up: F.D.R. Who ultimately furnished similar things to their countries, in different ways to achieve different outcomes....FDR's was "better", I think.
