I have met many blondes and the ones who seem a little light-headed at first are actually just more relaxed about life so they are able to have more fun without analyzing everything. Ever notice that if someone is asking alot of questions and trying to figure everything out all the time that they seem smarter or seem like they have more of a purpose. I think those blondes have learned to ignore thier "worry" gene, and the men that just happen to enjoy thier hair color have labeled them stupid. There are people like that of every hair color.

The "stupid blonde" myth came about as a result, partially, because of the trend of dying one's hair blonde to mimick old Hollywood stars like Marilyn Monroe, etc. Many of these actresses portrayed women who relied on looks rather than brains to get them through life, and so the "dumb blonde" stereotype was perpetuated.

well..I've had my hair both BLONDE and BRUNETTE and honestly, I've still been the same ditziness ever.. I'm brunette right now and people tell me all the time I'm blonde at brain.. I know brunettes that act like they have half a peanut for a brain.. but i only know ONE blonde that is really smart.. but ya know I understand some blondes are smart.. just not many I know.. course.. not many brunettes I know is smart either..

Ummm because they are.I find that being blonde does have this weird effect on you.I coloured my hair blonde once upon a time and i had to go back to my natural brown,cause i couldn't stick being so thick.I guess it depends on the actual person though.We can all be a little thick.Can't we

Because of Paris Hilton,Jessica Simpson,Brittany Spears, Ivana Trump...it's not a matter of fake blond or real blonde, it's that image that goes hand and hand with air-head.....

There are plenty of beautiful brunettes and red heads, plenty, majority don't stereotype them as stupid or air headed.

no, they are not jealous, it is just that 85% of blondes come from rich families and think they are all that and a bag of skittles but thye aren't. Personally, blondes are nice people, even the cocky ones....
