Click on Start
Click Run
Type in MSCONFIG
Click OK
Click the tab that reads START UP
In this screen you can remove every checkmark and it will eliminate every program that starts on startup. If Windows needs the program on the next startup, it will put the check mark back.
Click APPLY
Click OK
The system will asked to be restarted
when the computer restarts, a window will pop up, put a checkmark in the box and click OK.

That's it!

Yeah i had that situation earlier... an portion of your living house windows went Corrupt living house windows will turn off whilst your computing device executes that portion of its device, which could be before or later... The device destabilizes and your computing device rapidly shuts down... you will quickly journey shutdowns on startup... ultimate answer is a reinstall to living house windows XP or living house windows 7 in view that vista in many circumstances has those issues... Oh yeah, and setting up a stable antivirus, and dont enable all people at living house acces the living house windows folder If it have been a hardware situation you would be getting the blue show of dying btw wish that helped, placing as much as living house windows 7 sixty 4 Bit OS and you shouldnt have a situation

I would suggest you download the program "Autoruns" from SysInternals. This will allow you to see all of the applications that start when your computer turns on.

If you have any questions about what is starting (you will probably see some oddly named things) just type it into Google and you will generally be able to find out what it is.

i right click on the icon on the right side of the task bar. generally, they have an option regarding starting on startup. if they don't, they have an option for options, and then turn off "starting at start up." if not, then i open the program (1-2 left clicks) and find the option there.

I would start by opening each app and looking through its options and or tools, you can also dump all the crap in your startup folder, lastly, type msconfig in your run box but make sure you know what you are disabling.

Do you want to remove them from the "startup menu"?

>To do this: cl Start, cl Settings, cl Taskbar and Start Menu.
>cl Start Menu, cl Customize, cl Remove.
>cl the icon for the program you wish to remove
>then cl Remove.
>This will prevent the program from loading at startup, but will not remove the program from the hard disk.

There's a very neat tool you can download for free, that helps with this issue called Hijackthis. It can also help restore browser setting that may have been taken over by spyware.
