Followers of David? As far as I know, David does not have any special followers except of the Jewish people to whom he's considered an ancestor and a founder. The Messiah is said to be a descent of David's family.

It's called Tanakh and it's made up of 3 parts.The Torah has five books, Nevi'im eight books, and Ketuvim has eleven. It's the same as the Old Testament in Christian bibles, only somewhat out of order. It has the same books in it though. Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy make up the Torah (first part) and so on. It's all mainly the Christian bible... pre-Jesus.
Followers of Daud? Daud means David, so I would assume it refers to the followers of David, or...Christians.
