You want to lose weight SLOW & steady. Doing so will keep it off. Losing it too fast is very unhealthy. You should drink your 8 glasses or more of water a day. Drive past the drive thru. Eat leaner cuts of meat. Eat fruits & vegetables with your meals. What is the problem your having?

The only way to lose weight 'FAST' is to crash diet. But keep in mind, this is NOT healthy at all. If you want to crash diet anyways, here is a simple fast working one:
Breakfast: 1 banana, 8oz skim milk
Lunch: 1 banana, 8oz skim milk
Dinner: 2 slice lean turkey (Oscar Mayer). 8oz skim milk.
note:
*evertime your stomach growls between meals, eat 1 saltine cracker.(Not when it feels funny, and it will! But when it actually growls.)
*should you eat more than I suggested, induce vomitting immediately!
*take Night Quill if headach is present or persists. (will dull headach and induce sleep.)
*sleep a lot.
*do not eat only this for longer than two weeks!
*when you lose enough weight, slowly add normal foods to your diet. As this will extreemly reduce your metabolism! Reduced metabolism means faster weight gain afterwards!
*Enjoy the smaller more attractive you!

THERE IS NO SAFE WAY BUT IF YOU TAKE A WATER PILL U CAN LOSE LIKE 10 LBS OR SO.JUST EXERCISE AND WATCH WHAT YOU EAT TRUST ME WHEN IT COMES OFF ITLL STAY OFF MOST OF THE TIME

never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings
