I find it funny when people say "Jesus is God," for Jesus said no such thing.

The Lord Jesus Christ never said no to the Father. He ask if it be possible to remove the death on cross but He said that He would do the Father will. Matthew 26: 39 And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

I often ask this to people when they ask me if I would still be atheist if there was proof of god. What if we go back in time and Jesus admits it was BS and that there is no god.

Jesus is obedient to his Father, No is not a variable and it moot. LIfe is not about what if"s. It's about God. and being in service to Him who is our creator.
Acts 3:26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

Nothing would change, because people would still need to create a scapegoat, so that they do not have to accept the responsibility of their own actions. It's just easier to blame someone else like the divinity of god, and the temptaition of the devil who controls us like puppets, instead of looking inside. Now that would be just way too hard to fathom, wouldnt it?
I wish you well

interesting...
funny how you ask that question, you see...something was written in the bible to answer that very question. read Mathew 4.
there is a lot to be said about that part in the Bible. You can talk about it for hours...For instance, the three temptations, I'm interested in if you know why the devil chose those temptations specifically...?

Um... OK. Dieters say no to themselves all the time. What would happen? Mankind would be doomed to eternity without God.
