Turn it into a base to send Nuclear bombs even further if we have to.
Build massive prisons on it for lifers and Maggie Thatcher.

I'm British and I've lived in Argentina. Most Argentinos do not care about Las Malvinas -- as they call the Falkland Islands. Argentina is about the size of Western Europe with a population of 35 million people (half of whom live in and around Buenos Aires). They do not want the Falkland Isles. The inhabitants of the Islands consider themselves to be British and the want to stay that way. Legally, Argentina has no right to the Islands (although these days what counts as international law is what the US government considers to be in its interest).
The war was caused by a military junta and most of the soldiers were conscripts. Ordinary Argentinos had no choice about it and they would have been arrested, tortured, and killed if they had complained about it.
Nowadays, at election time, the government in Argentina likes to use Las Malvinas as something to wave the flag about, but no one takes it seriously.
There is more friction with England about football than the Falklands War.

Falkland Isl;ands strip of land that our lads won from a country that used to belong to them? I wonder, with our prisons getting over crowded would it be an option to send the ones that committed heinous crime there? At least a permanent force of people on the island could be a deterrent to any future engagement Argentina might be thinking of to regain what I believe is theirs anyway.?

Did Argentina have any rights? The Falklands belong to Britain.

The Falkland Islanders are about to be very rich people. Did you know that oil has been discovered there? The Argentine government must be very miffed about that!

People have the right of self-determination. The Falkland Islanders want to remain part of Britain so they should remain as past of the UK.
Now the UK government should recognise the same right for the people of Diego Garcia. They want to live in their land, and should be entitled to return and live on their land.

It love seeing it. Lots of maritme history there. Often 3 and 4 masted barques as well as ships ended their days there after being critically disabled in failed attempts to double Cape Horn.
Understand much is still left there to see.

I served in the Falklands for 6 months after the fracas. We were sun bathing in the morning and dressed in our thermal gear in the afternoon There is nothing there but sheep and in-bred folk. But its ours and let anyone else try and take it away......
