The states are linked by computer. Once your license is revoked, that is it. You can't move and get it back.

With all the illegal speed traps,I'm surprized if anyone has a drivers License in Ar. anymore.Watch around Tyronza and Black rock ,City Police are giving out Tickets on State Highways.

that is illegal and if you get caught trying to do it you can get into trouble. you arent supposed to try and obtain a license in another state if you are revoked. they will most likely do a records check anyway.
