Well, you can greet someone in a variety of ways in bayram.
İyi bayramlar.
Bayramın(ız) kutlu olsun.
Bayramın(ız) mübarek olsun.
You can say either "bayramın" or "bayramınız". First one is when you're greeting only one person and you're close with him/her. Second is the polite way of greeting one person, or you can also use it for plural "you".

We use the same phrase both for Seker and Kurban Bayrami which is '' Iyi Bayramlar'' or ''Seker bayraminiz mubarek olsun''

At the end of Ramadan, the festival celebrated is Eid-ul-Fitr. The typical greeting is "Eid Mubarak"....I'm not sure if its the same in Turkey though.
