Ok I ran a scan and there were 2 items that were found to be spyware. I chose "Quarantine" instead of "Remove." The reason I did that was when I removed stuff in the past, it messed my computer up, and made my computer have difficulty starting up, etc. Anyway, is Quarantine as good as Remove?

Quarantine leaves the files on your system in case it turns out that you need that back. Some programs won't work if you don't have the shareware that came with it. Remove gets it off of your system completely.
