4'9? Cause I am, & those are mine. Is that good or bad? for those that arn't good with measuments, it means I'm short, I fill out a 36DDD cup bra & I wear a size 16/14 jean depending on brand. I'm also 22 so I'm not growing anymore. In fact cause of a bone disease I have (check it out at oif.org) I've already shrunk. My t*ts havn't stoped growing yet. anyone know why? I might have a bit of chubbyness on my stomach, but I'm toned & firm everywhere else. (except my t*ts, I won't do any exercizes to affect those at all!) So what does everyone think? Do I need to try to get smaller or am I fine the way I am? If you think I should be smaller, please give me your best tip how!!! THANKS!!!

To anyone who wants to be rude & tell me to stop eating junk food...I won't touch that crap!!! Never have, Never will. I think its gross. The medical chart for someone my height are for kids. Most adults are taller. I havn't weighed 94-104 pounds since I was a kid. And the docters who are short & know what they're doing have gotten charts & showed me that for an adult my height, I'm perfectly within the weight range. They've also told me that I eat healthy, that maybe I should think about eating more calories in a day. So it ain't about that.

Not to be mean, but a 37" waist is hugh on a 4'9" woman. So are 47" inch hips. When a woman gains weight, she also gains weight in her chest. You must not be under a doctor's care, if no one's told you you're obese. If you don't think so yourself, you're being unrealistic. You're beast will stop growing when you stop gaining weight. You've got more than "a bit of chubbyness". See a doctor about getting on a healthy weight loss program. At your age, you size is unhealthy and if you let it continue, you're going to have major health issues as you age.

If you want to decrease your size, then eat less calories and exercise more. No matter what the diet, that's the recipe for successful dieting. Everything else is a variation on that theme. Stay away from calorie-laden drinks like alcohol and sugar soda, avoid fast food, and increase your fruits and vegetables. Not very difficult.

Becasue of your bone disease, you might seriously consider losing some of your breast weight because it will put strain on your back and shoulders and eventually cause real problems. Even without a bone ailment, as you age that weight in front of you will bow you down. It's good your abdominal muscles are strong to help compensate for the stress on your back.

I'm not sure why your breasts haven't stopped growing. It could be a side effect of some medication you're on, or if you're gaining weight and that's where the fat is going. You should probably consult with your doctor and get his advice.

Forget what you weigh. All that matters is how much body fat you have. It should really be less than 30% to be healthy. Also your waist measurement shouldn't be over 35 inches and below 30 inches would be ideal. Realistically, I would aim to get your waist to 32 inches, so that means losing about 5 inches, ie 25lb of fat. This will also make you a couple of sizes smaller and your measurements will be 44-32-42. Start by reducing your calorie intake and doing cardio/weight training 2-3 times per week. Good luck : )
