Rain is getting wetter, no doubt about it. I was nearly knocked over by a raindrop yesterday...I was balancing on one foot at the time, but nevertheless, the argument is valid! He he.

There is an increase in rainfall but it's not getting wetter or dryer but I suppose if there is moe rainfall it will be wet more of the time if that's what you mean?
