You can get an OK one for close to $100 when they are on sale.
You can get one that will let you enlarge the pictures nicely for under $200 and maybe up to $300 for more resolution.
If you want one that is as good as a film camera you are probably closer to $800-900.
If you have to have the very latest that could do everything you are talking thousands of dollars.

Anywhere from $20 for a POS one with a USB or up to $1000 or more.. it depends on what you want to use your new camera for and also it depends on whether or not you would like one with a memory card, direct transfer, etc.. go to the store!
