If soap and water doesnt work, try some rubbing alcohol. (just a guess..)

Try Clorox bleach or Comet with bleach. Apply to the area and wash your skin right away. The bleach works instantly, but is very strong.

i part vinegar, two parts lemon.
rubbing alcohol
diluted bleach

try to soak it in warm water then use the stuff. the warm water opens the pores. Even dish soap.
Its not going to come completely off today. But it will fade. Exfoliate well.

Try a bit of vinegar first to remove the stain. Then soap and water to remove the vinegar residue.

wet it with water ,put some shampoo on it then rub it hard with a Cotton ball.
