The intense flavor of Cilantro will overwhelm the subtle herb flavoring of oregano, so I would have to say no. But they can be used to make a good glazing paste for roasting meat just make sure that the ratio is far more oregano and/or thyme and other hearbs than cilantro or you will end up with a salsa tasting item.

They certainly do. And you can experiment with ratios: Try a recipe with equal amounts of each, then one with twice the cilantro and another with twice the oregano. I find that all three are pretty tasty, and just switch 'em around at random during the week - I pre-plan all my family menus for a week in advance - and then of course, I do some recipes without either...

Imo, no. Cilantro has a strong flavor - usually (but not always), used in Mexican dishes; while, oregano is more versatile - and used most often in Italian cooking/dishes. Plus, I detest cilantro, & in So CA, they dump it in everything. If you like the flavors, go for it. I think they will fight each other.
