Yes I would have helped been attacked by many large dogs and have many scars from them but no greater love does a man have than to lay his life down for another.

Yes I would. And you have seen first hand what the world is coming to be. Selfish, rude and totally unaware of their surrounding and the people that need them. It's a sad day but remember this day and try to never become one of the self centered people that passed you by. I was in a accident a week ago with another vehicle and cars passed us by on the road side and no one and I mean no one stopped to help or call anyone to help us. So yes I know what you are saying. But it just affirmed my belief that I will refuse to be that type of person.

I would have helped, even if she didn't have a stroller. A dog can be a viscous animal, a woman pushing a stroller especially needs help protecting her baby. Dogs have been known to attack and kill a person.

My god!! I would do whatever it would take to stop that dog. I'd be kicking and punching it.
Once I was driving during rush hour and I saw a lawnmower that had stopped right in it's path with a man lying on the ground next to it and nobody was stopping. I found a place to park, went over to him and asked "Are you alright?" He said he was just resting, but it looked like he had a heart attack, right there. What happened to compassion in this world?!!

Its sad how nobody hardly helps. They just carry on walking pretending they didnt see anything. i dnt like dogs. not all dogs are violent. but where i live dogs have attacked young children. a 3 yr old boy was attacked by a dog. he didnt leave much scars. then a couple of mnths later the same dog attacked him in the face and permanantly disfigured his face. the police didnt do much abt it. dogs have shredded babies too. it makes me really sad. i hope u were ok.

ABSOLUTELY!! I would be scared to death - but a woman and a baby? C'mon! The least you can do is try to distract the dog. If you have a cel-phone call 911. There a million things you could do - main thing is PROTECT THE CHILD!!

I'm sorry people pretended to themselves that someone else would come along and keep you and baby safe. I am terrified of most dogs, but would have distracted the dog or something. Geesh.
You okay?
