i eat loads of fatty stuff like chocolate n crisps and i dont wanna get fat when im older but i go to gymnastics and do like 100 situps 100 presups every saturday do you think i should cut bak?

so far today iv had 4 chocolate bars and 2 bags of crisps HELP


but im dead skinny now what about later in my life?????

It's good that you are trying to take responsibility for your own health. You should get rid of as much of that fatty stuff from your diet that you can. Sugar also turns into fat in your body. Increase the amount of protein in your diet and drink plenty of water and low fat milk. Don't forget to also eat more leafy green veggies. It is also important to stay active. I was very thin when I was younger but, now that I am in my mid 40's I have gained some weight it's only natural as you mature. Good Luck to you!

Since I myself am skinny now and wanted to gain weight, I've realized that have done certain things which hindered me from gaining weight/ getting fat.
In my opinion, these are the things that should keep you from gaining weight:
1) sleep late (read an interesting book perhaps that before you know it, its already the break of dawn..)Then..
2) since you lack sleep, more likely, you're about to get out of bed in the latter part of the day (which means, you have skipped breakfast already). So this is like hitting 2 birds with one stone.
I'm sorry if it sounded unhealthy for you, but that is what I think is effective since it worked on me. It's up for you to try, this is just a suggestion.

You are very smart for thinking ahead!

When you are a teenager, you can eat whatever you want.

In your 20s, your metabolism starts to slow down. It is essential to exercise.

In your 30s, your body starts to...expand. Exercise and watch what you eat.

It's always a good idea to develop good eating habits sooner than later.

cut down on the junk food and eat healthier stuff.like apple or bananas with peanut butter..and popcorn..and keep up with the workout and you'll be fine..but not so much junk food..u should only have chocolate as a treat once in awhile.
