Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it sounds like he's not interested. It wouldn't hurt to be sure though. Talk to him (or leave a message since it seems a bit difficult to contact him) telling him how you feel. Since he's not even returning your calls you have nothing to lose right? Might as well get it all out there. If, after your from the heart message, he doesn't bother to call back then that's pretty rude and you should move on. If he doesn't treat you right then he is not your soulmate, no matter how handsome he is.

He's not interested in you and please, just move on.
That "soul mate" thinking is weird, and you can't sit there and tell him he's running from something (in fact your line of thinking is probably driving him even further away)(well, he is running from something and that's YOU). I was once in a girl's crosshairs as her "soul mate", she kept talking about how I was "the one" and it was a relationship "meant to be", how "when you know you know" and blah blah blahditty blah. This and among other strange things about her made me scram and put the maximum distance between her and I. It was just too creepy. Gross.
Men don't like to hurt women. Your old BF doesn't want to hurt you. But his actions speak loud and clear. He's just not interested so let it go.

Unfortunately it seems like he's giving you a clear message that he's not interested in you. If he was your soulmate he would be as keen as you, so you need to let go of that idea for your own sake and find someone who will love you back. Don't go chasing him up or going to his house as that can be seen as stalking and get you into trouble, not only that is is very distressing for the person concerned (I've had my ex constantly calling me and coming around to my flat and it isn't nice). You need to let him go, accept his feelings and find someone else. However mcuh we'd like to, we can't make people love us. It's their free choice.

You need to loose this guy hun. He just has you around for fun and if his bored he has you to run to. It happened to me before with a couple of guys. What I did I didn't bother to call them or answer when they called me. When they wanted me to come over or hang out I told them im busy. So I played the little game back at them which one of them today is pissed off about b/c now im engaged to a great guy that didn't play them stupid childish games.

You want what you can't have. You broke up for a reason. It's called a break up because it was broken.

I don't think that he is the one for you. If he felt as strongly for you as you do for him, he would be making an effort to be with you.
