People who have had tatoos in more sensitive areas, and the lower abdomen would be one, say that it's more sensitive because the skin is thinner. Carmen Maneheim (The Practice) talked about that one time on tv regarding her right ear.

Tattoos hurt wherever you get them, as a rule of thumb the more sensitive the skin, the more it hurts, so inner upper arm, inside wrist, ankle/foot and abdomen is going to be sore.

it actual relies upon on your soreness tolerance... I actual have one that is around my abdomen button, when I went to get that one carried out the tattoo artist informed me it would harm extra effective than the different section by way of fact of nerve endings and what no longer, i even have one that runs from below my hip bone in direction of the middle of my decrease abdomen and runs as much as the middle of my ribs.... and whilst he did the 1st section on my decrease abdomin it harm / tickled on a similar time... so it actual relies upon on your tolerance for soreness.... and whether it incredibly is something which you have needed and you're prepared to do it, in simple terms tell your self that it could no longer harm, you would be shocked, extremely some your soreness tolerance has to do with how lots you think of it is going to harm..... . you additionally can ask in the event that they have a numbing spray.. i dont understand what it incredibly is termed yet they positioned that on my ribs and around my abdomen button, it feels incredibly chilly, i dont understand how lots it adjustments the sensation besides the indisputable fact that it could make you sense a splash extra ideal.....

Not really, I didn't think. I have one on my lower stomach near my right hip, and it was actually the least painful of all the tattoos that i have gotten so far.

guess it depends on how much pain you can stand..its only the outline of the tattoo which is a little tender, the filling in isn't painfull.
the closer to the bone the more tender if will feel, but on fatty/muscular areas,it's not bad at all..go for it.

On the lower abdomen, not so bad. IN the lower abdomen, it hurts like a sonofabitch

They are painful no matter where you get them! Like a hot burning sensation - but it only lasts about 20 mins depending on how bit it is.

I'm not sure about there. I don't have one there. I have one on my wrist, bicep, and leg. Of course you have to consider the fact about how much you use your ab muscles for. It might pull there. I would talk to the artist that's going to do their tattoo.

Get a pin and stick in your lower abdomen. Does that hurt? Now do it several hundred times a second. :)
