plasma can be bigger and cheeper like if u could have a plasma very huge like you're wall but lcd same size would cos lot more...
and plasma is poor quality lcd is better has longer lasting brigjt rich colors and it's newer tenchnology than plasma so buy plasma if u wan huge tv but if u want good flat big tv buy lcd

yay I like this question. Ok, LCD!!!! Plasmas only have a life of about 2 years and then you will probably have to replace bulbs in it that are ridiculous in price. LCDs are cheaper look just as good and last longer. I have a 42inch HD LCD samsung. I love it. I also have a 27inch Olevia HD LCD.

LCD - much sharper image. Down side is being sharper standard TV images look blurry - plasma is more blurry. Put it like this - Sony have stopped making Plasma TVs now. LCD is the future.

plasma's pictures may look better but in quality in the long run lcd is best ... plasmas colors start to fade within a years worth of use

Definitely plasma. I hate the blurry pictures you get on LCD TVs.

LCD is much better.a Plasma screen will scar if a still image is left on display for a period of time.

plasma... lcds gt easily marked and take a long time 2 turn on.
