it sounds like he is trying to wait for you. doesnt want to seem like he is pushing for it. make sure it is a joint effort though. only start it off and let him make the next move and then you both can go at it

If you want any move made...yes you need to do it. He might think you don't want him to, so show him differently.

i had this problem to.and what i did was that i went for it.its that either he's to afraid to or doesnt think you want it.take that chance go for it
