Well i'm a citizen, so I can tell you that if you want to join our ranks you must have faith that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior if you are a son or daughter of man and has granted you the gift to dwell with God and the saints when this age comes to an end.
Philippians 3
17Join with others in following my example, brothers, and take note of those who live according to the pattern we gave you. 18For, as I have often told you before and now say again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. 19Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is on earthly things. 20But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.

The simple instructions are in the link below....
Since there are only one of two choices...if we do not trust Jesus, we chose option #2 to be separated from God for eternity. If heaven is a perfect place and it is a result of having only the good things from GOD without any of the evil from satan...think of what it would be like to have only the evil from satan without anything good from God...we have a place called...HELL. If you reject Jesus Christ...you are saying you do not want anything God has too offer...and satan will gladly fill in the void.

Do not be concerned with what any may become, but rather how most remain.
Potential is not manifest, simply by stating choices or reciting philosophy.
What over sees, over all, care not if we burn incense, wave flag, confess, chant, or wear ceremonial dress. What over sees, over all, is not protestant, buddhist, jewish, catholic, islamic, irish, canadian, chinese or brazilian. It does not judge through dogma, politic, rating, sale, stature, possession, charity, philanthropy, or exclusive bottom lines. What lords over all is not designated or static but rather a spirit of ever accumulating and reciprocating conscientiousness.
No matter source. Evolving creation overwhelms domination of fit, acclamation of meek, narrowly beneficial dominion, and disaproportionate accumulations, in favor of ever flowing exchange, within equilibrium, an environment or circumstance where time has no value or meaning

To go to Heaven you must have confessed your sins to Christ and asked forgiveness, and ask him to come into your heart to be saved from eternal damnation. You must truly believe Jesus Christ the son of God has died on the cross that your sins will be forgiven.
If you have not done so, and you do not believe, for surly your soul be sent to burn in hell for all eternity.

Dear neptune03,
In order for one to go to heaven (where the throne of God is), they must be without sin. The Bible tells us that "All have sinned...." We know, from the Bible, that the penalty for transgressing God's law is eternal damnation (the second death). Eternal damnation is for ever. Therefore, for one to go to heaven, he/she must find someone to pay the penalty for sin for them--a substitute. The only substitute that qualifies and is able to make such an enormous penalty is God Himself--the Lord Jesus Christ. "And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free."

To beleive Jesus both Cognitively and volitionally. In other words, know the facts, he died for your Sin state, rose again, conquering death both spiritually and physically. Also accept him in your heart volitionally. Allow the truths of the Gosppel to change your life.

Firstly, clearly state the question.
How to gain access to Heaven.
Well, it is similar to gaining access to any country -- meet the requirements of that country.
If you wish to enter Canada, you have the "right" if you are a citizen of Canada.
If you want to enter Heaven, you have the "right" if you are a citizen of Heaven.
