Where is my handicap license plate then..., hold on, right at this moment I'm sad. Why? I'm sad for you my friend, sad that you haven't found what you're obviously looking for. Try as you may by coming to this site, and questioning the belief of others that differ from yours', does the complete opposite of what your intentions are...

Well, I lived my life for 33 years happily ignorant of God. Now that He has found me and saved me, I am truly happy in my life. The previous "happiness" that I had before resulted in regret. I don't have any anymore.
As to the comments about God being a crutch, I've gotta tell you, a crutch is a good thing, when you've been crippled by the sin in your life.

Those who are lost and need to be led... need God.
All religions are actually huge money generating business. That's reason they constantly trying to convert the non believers.
Atheist are intelligent and rational people... so they cant be misled with the concept of god.

Your lack of logical reasoning astounds me.
disability- a physical or mental handicap, esp. one that prevents a person from living a full, normal life or from holding a gainful job.
"God believers" live full, normal lives and hold loads of jobs. Plus we're not obsessed with something we DON'T believe exists.

There is an element of the intellectually crippled about religious folk, they could throw away their mental crutches if they overcame their fear...it's important for atheists to offer a hand and say "take my hand it's safe to come over here and leave religion behind...life is better once you adjust to atheism".

Yes but what is god, is it a faith, a belief of something greater than our comprehension. Is it connecting to a source that is within us all. Whom is god? God is different for all of us. For me I do not limit god, therfore I have no limits of faith. I know myself, and therefore, although to some it may sound egostitical, but I feel that it is the way to god. It is through adversity and the challenges of man, that we have to remain with our joy. If we can stare at the peron who looks back at us from the mirror, and feel no shame, then that is peace-acceptance. And in many ways to know thyself is to know god. Maybe you already know god, but you choose to not label it. And you have that choice, as long as it brings you clarity, and a healing way for your soul.
I wish you well

You have no idea what a disability is. Otherwise you would never say that.

not like God came about last week or something....man kind has been worshiping him since B.C. (before christ) time. THOUSANDS of years.
Over this many years....do you think man is wrong? That man hasn't figured out all that you can think of on this issue?
