Suck an aniseed ball - same taste, no hangover...is there a sweetie that tastes like gin and lemonade?

I live in South West France were Pernod (or Pastis) is commonly drunk before lunch or dinner (or both) as an aperitif. They put in a couple of ice cubes and add water usually from the fridge. Be careful though, it is very strong and although you feel all holy adding water it's still a whack or alcohol.

Pernod, do people still drink it?
Do you know in Germany the norm is Pernod and coke, can't say i'd heard of it before. Didn't try it either so can't tel you how it tasted. Try it.

Alcohol takes a long, long time to go off, so yes it's definately safe. Whether you're a drinker or not, a little bit of what you fancy does you good!

I used to adore Pernod but like the idiot Iam i went and got very drunk on it and can't face it now LOL, but Yes ! treat yourself :-)
