do you really care?

You see its like this. The eyes cant see anything beyond the VIBGYOR. That does nt negate the existence of Infra Red or Ultra Violet.

In matters of the creator too, the senses are inferior to what created them? Hence, god appears as invisible!

If you dont like the concept of a god with form, try consciousness or an existence that always existed. If you are a science, look at God as the cause of the Big Bang. And judging the way the the world has evolved, its easy to see that this CAUSE had some pretty neat tricks up its sleeve.

Good Luck!

Well, imagine Jesus being baptized by John the Baptist. The Holy Spirit in the form of a dove came upon Him and a voice from heaven said, "This is my beloved son in whome I Am well pleased.".

Now imagine him like a Son of Man in heaven a huge bright cloud around Him. The Father says that I am in my Son and my Son is in Me and the Holy Spirit is in me.

I have been asking God what He looks like myself. These are answers. Also, Father God gave me a vision of a strong arm and that He is too bright and strong (muscly like a body builder) to look upon. Jesus Christ is the resurrected Son of God / Man and about 7 feet tall. Also, other prophets & angels up there are about 7 feet tall.

Though there are visions of the Ancient of Days, Jesus Christ in Daniel and Revelation. But this is a vision of Him and not exactly the resurrected Jesus in bodily form. We will see Jesus face to face when we are raised from the dead in the resurrection. Then after that and yet more so purified in Christ will see the Father God.

God is invisible.

1Ti 1:17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

In reference to the Bible..... "God made man in his own image" seems to indicate that God would look just like Man (Male). How does Jesus the son of god look like? Even Gods of other religion look very similar to human. Could all this be a coincident?

No one knows what God looks like. We cannot know everything. Some things will always be a mystery to humans.

God is in the very image of man that He created, having substance of an immortal, perfected body of flesh and bone just as His Son, Jesus Christ, has.

If Jesus Christ has now a perfected body of flesh and bone--and he does--doesn't it stand to reason that His Father has the same?

He looks like us,
Genesis 1:26
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Do not infer that God Almighty is physical. You have nothing to compare to understand his physique. All we know is that he is there and many people realise His response(to their prayer).Maybe,He is in a different dimension which we couldn't comprehend. If you couldn't realise Him, it is your inability to communicate; not His.

probably worth reading this whole passage in the book of John but it is very helpfull God bless you in your search.

14The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only,[d] who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

15John testifies concerning him. He cries out, saying, "This was he of whom I said, 'He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.' " 16From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another. 17For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only,[e][f]who is at the Father's side, has made him known.
