No. Japan really drive on the left. Can you imagine a country as large as Japan just switching?

In answer to the question its probably safe to assume most drive on the right except those mentioned.

Singapore is one that hasn't been ncluded to far.

Left - Mostly Commonwealth Countries, and certain countries that follow Japanese Standards, eg. Japan, Indonesia and Thailand.
Others are Right-sided.
