my parents keep yelling at each other and at me for no reason. they always call me names that REally hurt. i asked them to stop but they just got mad at me. once my dad even threatened to kill me and my brother. my parents dont let us do anything! HELP! what should i do? im living in hell!!!!!!!!!

Ask to go live with a close relative. Maybe they will see the depth of your pain. This should give them a wake up call. This is verbal abuse and should be dealt with immediately before it escalates to somebody getting hurt. If this doesn't help please seek outside protection and then your parents won't have a choice but to make a more liveable environment. The state will no doubt recommend counseling. My heart goes out to you. I'm glad your seeking help. I'm sure it's outside pressures that are affecting your parents. Don't think it's anything you kids are doing. Bless you child.

You're in luck. If there was an actual threat to kill you, you can call Child Protective Services.
BUT...expect this...You may be take from the home and placed in foster care.
AND...expect things to get worse before it gets better.
The yelling at you is an unfortunate result of your parents being unhappy with each other.
Otherwise, sorry, you're stuck at home. Just count the days until you turn 18.

You really need to go to the police and tell them you are in fear for your life. If you don't do something, anything could happen if your Dad gets mad enough, I think will hurt your brother first because he is a boy, before he hurts you, best to get some help.

omg! call the authorities immediately, that is child abuse and your parents obviously have some problems at the moment, and you and your brother are not in a safe place. after talking to the authorities call family relatives you trust or anyone else you really trust to help you out with this problem.I'm sorry you have to go through this!

Just because they are your parents, that doesnt mean they have the right to verbally abuse you or threaten you. The bible says that children must obey their parents. Every time they do something, be patient and be nice. Eventually the should change thier behavior.
