No your body naturally craves and needs nourishment. By drinking only protein shakes you are denying your body what it naturally needs to survive. It is best to eat regular foods and small portions throughout the day. Have 3 meals a day with healthy snacks in between and develop an exercise routine.

only protein shakes. Why would you do that in the first place. offcourse it is not healthy. if your trying to gain muscle . ALL excess calories turn to fat. Even calories from protein. Also there is only a certain amount (grams) of protein a person can absorb per day. Talk to your doctor or read some books.

Protein shakes do not contain enough nutrients to keep you healthy on their own, besides, you would be uncomfortably hungry and would likely eat something full of starch to fill you up. In my opinion, a shake for breakfast and another one for lunch and a sensible supper makes much more sense.

No...you're not supposed to replace meals with a shake. The shakes are meal supplements.

no, that'll just make you very unhealthy, cause u need actual food, or else the next time u eat, ull get even fatter, cause ur body will store up the food just in case u decide 2 starve urself again.

No - you need to have some balance - perhaps for a short time under a doctor supervision

No...balance your diet...If you cut back, then don't cut back on just one food category. Cut back proportionally on all food categories. Instead of cutting all dairy products out, cut 25% dairy products, 25% meat products, 25% grain products, etc...
