eventually they will heal on their own
in 2004 i got my arm tore up by a chainsaw, and believe it or not it's completely healed in just 2 years you can't see the scars and my arm works better that it ever did. and check this i never went to the hospital or anything

Are you bleeding? Is the skin broken? You might want to apply Neosporin if the skin is broken, then apply cocoa butter after the skin heals.
