in 2004 i got my arm tore up by a chainsaw, and believe it or not it's completely healed in just 2 years you can't see the scars and my arm works better that it ever did. and check this i never went to the hospital or anything

Are you bleeding? Is the skin broken? You might want to apply Neosporin if the skin is broken, then apply cocoa butter after the skin heals.

They should go away in a few days by themselves. If you want to hurry the process, try some aloe vera lotion.

well if it ain't a open wound than use maderma it really works i had a scar on my foot for two year and than i used it and it got rid of my scar
