Some foods that are very good for the heart include Tomatoes, Beans (Not refried), Celery, Pomagranets, and Oatmeal to name some.

A good source where you can get a free heart healthy cookbook is the American Heart Association.

You may consider Lycopene, CoQ10 pills added to your diet, and stinging nettle works great for arthritis, but check with your grandmas doctor.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

Arthritis means an inflammation of the joint. (Arthro = joint, -itis = inflammation). Generally, arthritis is limited to the meeting point of two moveable bones, such as knees, knuckes, wrists, elbows, etc. The chest really doesn't have that sort of joint.

However, I'm all in favor of eating healthier. Eat leafy green veggies, apples, cut back on processed foods like McNuggets and Quarter Pounders and Pizza Rolls, and drink plenty of water.

Breakfast of oatmeal or farina is a heck of a lot better than a Pop Tart, and dinner of pork chop, salad, a roll and green beans is much better than a pizza.

Pain due to arthritis and other reasons can be reduced and cured by making small changes in the diet and lifestyle of the affected person. I found the information at http://aches.in/naturalcuresarthritis.html useful.
