i would like to loose a lil weight before prom adn i have tryed some other diets but they just dont work cause i am a very picky eater. i dont like most vegetables adn i dont eat any fruits. i know that is a problem but is it one i can work around? does anyone know of any diets that dont involve veggies/friuts?

YES!

I learned this at church actually. Stress can cause over weight and sleep can conquer that, so enough sleep=lose weight. Also if you only excercise, wether it be walking or running or stair climbing , for only thirty minutes, then you will see a difference. I promise. My pastor lost over seventy pounds that way.

And if you are very skinny, dont go on a diet. Only go on a diet if you are thirty pounds over weight. (for teens)

my dear, you must eat more fruits and veggies if you want to lose weight. At least veggies. You can leave out the fruit. But, a very quick way to lose weight is to cut out all grains and sugar. But if you don't eat meats and veggies than you're not gonna have anything to give you the nutrients you need. If you are up to it, you should also consider doing some sort of cleanse. But that would require some veggies unless you did the Master Cleanse, which consists of nothing but water, lemon, cayenne pepper, and grade B maple syrup. You can get info if you do a search on The Master Cleanse. Apparantly Beyonce did it with much success to lose weight.

But it also sounds like you're up against a wall mentally, with the picky eater stuff. Hypnosis would be good for you to change your thoughts about food. If you can change the way you think and instill some habits mentally, acting it out will come more easily.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.
