easy to make with coloured tissue paper, a tea light and some thin string, just be careful when lighting the candle and ensure the tissue is full of hot air when you release it.

Pop into a good chinese restraunt and speak to them, chances are they may be able to get them for you. The chinese people can get their hands on weird and wonderful things which when used properly could look and feel very romantic.
