have only a couple of drinks then go home - and GROW UP!!! that was the first thing that came to my mind-then I read your little post note sating about "don't say stop drinking etc...." What that says to me is that you know you are doing things that are contributing to your panic attacks and - as such - you already know in your own heart what you have to do to help stop them (And I don't mean blowing into a brown paper bag!!)

I'd just take some Nyquil and wake up tomorrow morning.

Otherwise, get lots of water in you, take some multivitamins and some ibuprofen. Hit the local greasy spoon if you can. If not, get some delivery.

Masturbating often helps.

What is it when you sort of like forget how to breathe and youve gotta force yourself to breath properly?

Just hit the bed with some tunes buddy! that or order a takeaway?

Have a glass of water and go to sleep is the only remedy aside from having another drink then going to bed.

it sounds like you may suffer from depression...please go see your g.p. i have anxiety attacks and it's not funny, you feel as if you are having a heart attack.

your doc can help...don't depend on booze, it's hurting your body and making it worse. go to someone you love and someone who loves you and tell them...ask them to help. lots of love and understanding is what you need.
