Fast and cheap? Remember we get what we pay for. But try this.

1. Cut out the processed sugar. We all usually eat too much of it. Drink black coffee or tea, if you have to have it. Don't even use the sugar substitute. Try herbal fruit teas, instead of soda. They make great ice teas. No diet soda either. They still make you(me anyway) crave sugar. If you want something sweet, eat fruit.

2. Eat nothing white (or made with something white) after dark. It sound silly but most junk food has processed sugar, white flour etc in it. If you must have popcorn and it is a good source of fiber. Eat the airpopped kind. A spritz of olive oil and some seasonings from your cupboard with give you great flavored popcorn.

3. Park a farther away from the entrance when you go shopping. use the steps if possible, start with 1 flight of stairs and then use the elevator. Walk up the escalator instead of standing on it.

4. Eat your breakfast. That will stop your body from thinking its starving and get it to stop storing so much fat.

5. Eat five small meals a day. Add more veggies and fruits to your day. Cut out the fast food unless its a salad. No fried food at all. Baked, broiled, grilled only. Add legumes (beans) to your weekly diet. Low in fat and high in protein. Use brown rice instead of white. If you don't want to cook it yourself, you can always get some from a good asian restaurant. Just get the brown rice, stay away from other that stuff. ;-) Its good but fattening.
6. In the morning, drink a 4oz glass of water (not icecold) before eating or drinking anything else. Also try a 4oz cup of hot lemon water after the regular water. Then eat your light breakfast.

7. Take your vitamins.

I know some of this sounds drastic, especially cutting sugar and diet drinks but you don't want to do exercise, so something has to change. You'll lose some weight doing the above. But if you could do some exercise, it would help a lot better.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well (though you could lose weight just by following the diet, I'm certain).

Exercise and diet and proper rest. You can't loose weight safely without some combination of the 3. Unless you go for liposuction, but that fat will eventually show up somewhere else.

There are no quick solutions to weight loss. You have to make lifestyle changes.

What a ridciulous question. Forget buying the various books and plans etc which just relieve you of your hard earned. Everybody, including you if you cared to admit it, knows that losing weight is simply a matter of taking in less calories than you burn.
If you want to carry on eating the same foods then increase the amount of exercise that you do. To increase the weight loss effects, increase exercise, reduce the amount of food you eat and for the triple whammy, change the type of foods you eat to less calorific ones, ie more fruit and veg less lard.

First, if your doctor says you are 10 - 15 pounds overweight, then why are you planning on losing 30? That's just not healthy. Second, anorexia, bulimia, and all that garbage MESSES WITH YOUR BODY ... DO NOT DO IT!!! Finally, some of the tips I have heard are drink a lot of water and eat slowly ... you will realize quicker when you are full that way.

Run. Alot. I don't know if you consider that excercise but it's the only way you'll lose weight fast. Also stick to a good diet.

Keep this particular meal between 400 and 1000 calories. Serve yourself a small portion, so if you like coming back again for seconds, you'll just turn out eating a normal-size portion.

dont waste the money on pills or surgery just do it the good old fashion way diet and exercise. Remember if you use more calories than you take in you will lose weight if you take in more calories than you use less calories than you take in you will lose weight.
